Dr. Kevin Drew, an experienced optometrist, recently joined the VisionWorks team in Comox Valley after working in rural High Level, Alberta for the last 4 years. Having been the only Optometrist in High Level, Dr. Drew cared for a population base with diverse eye care needs. As a result, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.

With his passion for helping people achieve optimal eye health, Dr. Drew has quickly become a valuable member of the VWO team. He is committed to providing personalized care to each patient, ensuring that they receive the best possible treatment for their unique needs. His warm and friendly demeanour has made him a favorite among many, and his dedication to his craft is evident in every interaction. And, Dr. Drew is a lot of fun!

Dr. Kevin Drew is a skilled optometrist with an impressive academic background. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Lethbridge and graduate studies at Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry in Pomona, California. Dr. Drew’s dedication to his studies saw him earn a place on the Dean’s Honour List and become a proud member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honour Society for academic excellence. Through his extensive rotations, he gained valuable experience in ocular disease, low vision, private practice management, and specialty contact lenses from various clinics and hospitals throughout the United States. Dr. Drew is a dedicated husband and father of two energetic boys.
